The transition space I had chosen to study for my Fusion360 model and to produce in 2.5 space would be my staircase located a short walk away from my room.
I quickly did a rough sketch of the area and measurements, calling upon the skills I learnt in 'Tracing the City' earlier in the course. I estimated the length, width and height using my steps and the information I knew about my own houes.
Rough, short sketches were done so I could quickly get an idea of how I might arrange the three rectangular shapes in my model.
I used negative space to further conceptualise and visualise my ideas.
